Natalie's very first scrapbook page

Natalie, age 3, has decided she needs to join me in my hobby of scrapbooking. Apparently her idea of "tee-apbookin" (as she calls it) is to cut and tear a sheet of 12x12 paper into various pieces and pile them up on top of a couple of photos. She may not quite have the idea, but at least she is easily pleased. For the price of one sheet of paper, she kept herself entertained (and off my lap) while I worked on my own scrapbook.

Thumbsuckers

Finally managed to get around to scrapbooking this week. Maybe I'll actually get back into the habit of scrapbooking every Friday now. I thought I might scrapbook a couple of other layouts too (First day of school and Hud's truck) but my photo printer was out of ink and if I have a backup cartridge somewhere, I can't find it. So I was stuck with scrapbooking only the pictures I had printed previously. This layout is about sisters Stacia, who used to suck her thumb, and Natalie, who still does.

5.15.2009 "Stacia's 6th"

Stacia's 6th birthday party was a trip to the movie theater to see the Hannah Montana movie with five other little squealing squirming girls. We had cake and ice cream and opened presents at our house afterwards.

Summer 2006 "We Love Our Sweet New Baby Sister"

Big brother Hudson and big sister Stacia being sweet to their new baby sister Natalie during the summer of 2006. And a few cute pictures of Natalie sleeping thrown in. That pink rectangle on the left page really does say "baby sister" on it, even though you can hardly see it. The middle picture of all 3 kids is the one I had enlarged black & white and framed.
